Penang Hospice Society and National Cancer Society of Malaysia (Penang Branch) will jointly organize a two day seminar on "The Faces of Human Grief and Loss" on Friday/Saturday 25/26 September 2010 at Vistana Hotel Penang - Room 2, Level 1 - Jln Bukit Gambier, Bukit Jambul. Speakers and Facilitators include Dato' Seri Dr. T. Devaraj, Ms. Rita Malayapillay, Dr. Ong Eng Eng, Ms. Krishnamal M., Dr. Oo Loo Chan, Dr. Lee Yu Chuang, Dr. Loh Ee Chin and Ms. Priscilla Ho. The 21st Joint Clinical meeting of Hospice Groups will be hosted by Pure Lotus Hospice of Compassion on Friday 24 Sept 2010 at 3 pm at their premises on Jalan Utama, Penang opposite Penang Hospital. |

The Asia Pacific Palliative Care Network Conference 2011 will be hosted by the Malaysian Hospice Council and orgarnized by the three Penang MHC members - NCSM (Pg), Penang Hospice Society and Pure Lotus Hospice of Compassion. The venue will be the Equatorial Hotel, Bukit Jambul and the event will run from 14 - 17 July 2011. Preliminary planning has started and a website will be set up specifically for the purpose at www.APHC2011.org |
